These 130 calorie snack bars have just the right combination of sweet and salty to appeal to most snack consumers. The texture is just right, not too chewy (and not at all sticky) and not too crunchy. Oh, these tasty snack bars are so much better for you than a candy bar when you get that craving for somthing sweet. One bar alone provides you with 16% of the recommended daily value for dietary fiber…nope, you won’t get that from a candy bar! My husband sampled one of these too and he usually steers clear of my granola/ceral bars. Needless to say, he enjoyed it as well (and I’m now inclined to hide the rest for fear they will disappear much too quickly!)
